How do I vitamin pains to bury me in the stomach and acid reflux?

I have this multivitamin for women and generally just take a pill. I noticed on the label that says to take 2 pills a day. I took two tonight and my stomach is very hot and feels like it is in flames. What should I do? I took it with food. What can I do to feel better? I feel terrible now?

take one in the morning and one at night. take with food too.
