Infant Acid Reflux Tips

Reflux in babies occurs when the muscle in the upper stomach for Babya not working effectively and therefore the muscle is not active in the detention of stomach contents from going back up and spills of the Baby's mouth.

Sometimes you may notice your baby is not his ego, but you can not solve what is wrong with them, most parents is difficult to determine the cause of this and then find that your baby has experienced a reflux for some time before they were able to collect on it. No more anxiety as reflux can be very difficult to point if they have not experienced a baby.

Reflux symptoms to consider in a baby are:

 • Refusal of food

 • Mourn during and after food, especially when lying (ie, changing diapers or sleep time)

 • Vomiting / posseting

 • Crying and / or screaming

 • Disrupted sleep patterns

 • Congestion

 • weight gain

Some babies with reflux may experience pain or discomfort with it, while other babies with reflux can be very happy and content, vomit or posset but without any of the associated discomfort or pain. Other babies may vomit or posset not all, but experience the discomfort of reflux, this is known as reflux silent "where the food in the stomach of your baby only makes it part way up the esophagus.

You can minimize the inconvenience or pain associated with reflux in your baby by:

 • Elevate the head of your mattress from Baby's

 • Keep your baby upright during a feed

 • Keep your baby upright for about 20 minutes later of taking

 • Use a thickener to thicken Babya's milk, this can sometimes reduce vomiting or posseting

 • Medications (prescribed by the doctor, or the natural-counter medications)

Once your baby can sit unassisted, you may reflux symptoms can reduced. Meanwhile, try to relieve the discomfort mentioned.
