The gallbladder / gallstone removal hiatul lead to hernia?

I had my gall bladder and gallstones removed recently around six months and now have read that in many cases (not proven) that, having removed the gallbladder can lead to a hernia Hiatul where acid reflux and heartburn and shortness of breath can occur. I have been diagnosed with this hernia and had been sick for a period of two weeks and then seems to disappear and reappear after a month. I admit my diet could be better for my question is not having the gallbladder removed to increase your chance of having this type of hernia?

I doubt have his gall bladder removed could cause you to have a hiatus hernia
